The Employee
Engagement Survey program measures your company's retention
health to provide a clear picture of strengths and opportunities
for development. The program has two main components:
1.
Employee Engagement
Survey
Program participants complete this on-line survey, which measures
organizational systems, climate/culture factors, and managerial
behaviors that impact retention, including:
- Organizational
systems
- Group/departmental
factors
- Management
practices
- Overall employee
satisfaction
- The likelihood
employees will leave your company within the next twelve months
2.
Retention Profile Report
ITS analyzes the survey results to produce a report that identifies
your organization's attrition vulnerabilities and strengths and
provides general and specific recommendations for improving employee
retention.
Demographic
information gathered in the survey is used to focus recommendations
on those employee populations most in need of intervention. Report
findings and recommendations address:
- Current
state of retention health
- Key retention
risk factors
- Status of
existing organizational systems
- Recommended
strategies for improvement
Supplementary
Program Components can be used to enhance the analysis,
findings and recommendations presented in the Retention Profile
Report:
- Focus
Groups for specific departments or populations to explore
why those employees stay with or leave the company; early warning
signals that have been observed; and retention best practices
currently in use.
- An Organizational
Systems Review to assess the strengths and potential vulnerabilities
of existing systems for: recruitment and hiring, orientation and
assimilation, performance management, learning and professional
growth, career development, quality of work/life balance, and
compensation and benefits.
