The ITS Retention Consultant

Our objective is simple: to prepare you to become an internal Talent Retention Consultant to your organization. ITS has the research base and the practical experience in Talent Retention - proven by results in companies like Sun Microsystems, Verizon, and Oracle. The new ITS Retention Consultant Certification Program is a one-day intensive session that transfers these same proprietary ITS skills, tools and knowledge to you, preparing you to serve as a Talent Retention Consultant to your company's managers. You also receive an in-depth Talent Retention Consultant Guide for your use. Each session is limited to a maximum of six participants, allowing for ample one-on-one discussion of the specific challenges in your organization.
