The Employee
Engagement Survey measures organizational systems, climate/culture
factors, and managerial behaviors that impact employee commitment
and retention, to provide a clear picture of strengths and opportunities
for development. For each item, respondents provide an effectiveness
rating as well as a rating of how important the item
is to them.
Respondents
complete the survey as part of the Employee
Engagement Survey Program, which includes a report that identifies
organizational attrition vulnerabilities and strengths, and also
provides general and specific recommendations for improving employee
commitment and retention. Survey items can be customized to address
issues unique to your organization.
