The Employee Engagement Survey measures organizational systems, climate/culture factors, and managerial behaviors that impact employee commitment and retention, to provide a clear picture of strengths and opportunities for development. For each item, respondents provide an effectiveness rating as well as a rating of how important the item is to them.
